Sean is the principal of the firm. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from York University, and thereafter his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law and his LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is an experienced litigator and provides zealous advocacy for his clients. In representing clients in personal injury cases, he ensures that every client has the opportunity to obtain compensation for their injuries.

Sean uses his litigation expertise to represent client in family law matters, and his solicitor background to ensure that real estate transactions run securely and smoothly.

Sean speaks English and Farsi.

Aditya Chudhary

Aditya is a seasoned Law professional with an experience of more than 5 years in the profession. He graduated in 2015 with an integrated degree in Business Administration and Law from India. He then pursued his master’s degree in law with specialization in Corporate Laws and graduated in 2017. After practicing Law in India, Aditya immigrated to Canada, and Graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University with a master’s degree in law. Currently, Aditya is in the Lawyer licensing process with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).

The experience of Aditya includes advising corporate clients on business agreements, incorporation, and dispute resolution through Arbitration. Aditya also has keen interest in litigation and has a proven track record of bringing best results for the Clients. Currently, Aditya is working as a Legal Assistant with our office and provides support in Civil and Family law matters. 

Mukta Jangir

Mukta joined our firm as legal Assistant -family law coordinator. She obtained her Bachelor of Law and Commerce degree from Mody University, Sikar, India, and her LL.M. (Corporate Laws) from National Law University, Jodhpur. She holds extensive international experience as a lawyer and Assistant Professor of Law. Her area of interest is Family Law, Business and Corporate Laws.

In her free time, she likes reading, and designing costumes.

Adesina (Addie) John

Adesina C. John, Licensed Paralegal, has over 20 years of experience handling personal injuries claims. Over the course the 20 years, he has worked as an Accident Benefits Adjuster for three different insurance companies and as a legal representative for four different law firms. Since becoming a licensed Paralegal through the Law Society of Ontario in the year 2015, Adesina C. John has also provided legal services in the areas of criminal law, family law, landlord and tenant law, employment law and other contract laws.

Adesina John’s pastime includes spending quality time with family, playing sports, helping where he can and researching various things. 

Ritika Mahindru

Ritika is a pioneer lawyer in Personal injury litigation. She is an internationally trained lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law degree from the University of Jammu, India. Prior to taking on her role at JurisLexPro P.C., she had extensive international experience as a business consultant and lawyer in the practice areas of consumer affairs, corporate law and trademarks.

Ritika brings her unique background to her role as a litigation lawyer in the practice area of Personal Injury litigation. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and travelling.

Abtin Toubi

Abtin is a Paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario since 2021. With over seven years of experience in Toronto as a legal and immigration consultation assistant, he is well-versed in the legal field.

Before immigrating to Canada, Abtin practiced law in Iran and holds membership in the Iranian Bar Association since 2012. Abtin earned a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Tehran – UT, and a master's degree in environmental law from Iran National University - SBU. At JurisLexPro PC, Abtin serves as a legal assistant, coordinator for civil law matters, and office manager, drawing from his 20+ years of legal experience.

In his free time, he enjoys meditation and practicing Karate.

Abtin is fluent in English and Farsi and has a foundational grasp of French.

Akshay Kumar Verma

Akshay joined our team as a legal assistant in 2022. He is an internationally trained lawyer and earned his 5 years bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Law in the year 2015 from India. Thereafter he was admitted to the Bar in the same year. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the field of Corporate Law, and upon completion, he was awarded a silver medal for academic excellence.

During his practicing years in India, Akshay joined two reputed boutique law firms in New Delhi before starting his own Law Firm. He holds strong litigation background in civil, business, and corporate laws. He was a panel lawyer for companies and organizations owned by the Government of New Delhi and the Government of India along with other companies and educational institutions. Within our firm, Akshay works with Personal Injury and the Corporate team. He has strong drafting and legal analytical skills which helps him to navigate through the case efficiently and effectively bringing positive results for the firm. He is currently enrolled in the lawyer’s licensing process and preparing to write his bar exams.

In his free time, Akshay likes to work out and indulge himself in outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and camping.

Danial Yousefian

Danial is an experienced Paralegal, specializing in Landlord and Tenant, Small Claims Court, and Provincial offences matters. He takes pride in providing the best legal service possible. As a Licensed Paralegal, his goals include achieving best possible legal resolution for his clients. In addition to his primary job functions, Danial has been recognized by best client services for his extraordinary commitment to his career.

Outside of the office, Danial enjoys playing piano and skiing. 

Adel Zarei

Adel Zarei is a Well-known First Grade (senior) Attorney at Law & Legal Consultant in Iran with brilliant experience in various legal fields. Starting professional career by obtaining the first rank on the Entrance Exam of the Iranian Bar Association among 15000 participants & then 25 years of professional experience with a creative and result-oriented approach to resolving the most complex lawsuits with a view that makes solutions in the face of the problems rather than just finding a legal answer.



In addition, with an extensive background in the management of some of the biggest Iranian companies. Adel started with JLP in 2022 as a Legal Assistant and provides legal services on Family law matters.

Adel’s hobbies are reading, writing, and spending time with friends and family.

Taravat Ziaolhagh

Taravat joined our firm in 2022 and supports our team as a real estate law clerk. She is a Licensed Paralegal with an extensive experience in Landlord Tenant Board. She also has an Immigration Studies certificate with an excessive experience in processing Immigration and refugee matters.

Taravat uses her experience, knowledge, skills and educational background to bring peace of mind to our clients in their real estate transactions and immigration matters.
